UT Campus Austin Apartments Map with Prices

Income restricted homes cap your household income. Most tax credit communities use the 60 percent tier of the metro limit (2026 limits, effective June 1, 2026): 1 person $56,460 · 2 people $64,560 · 3 people $72,600 · 4 people $80,640. One table covers the whole metro, so the caps are the same in every area. Some units sit at lower or higher tiers and every community confirms your exact tier at application.
