Austin corridor guide

West 6th and Seaholm Apartments

Seaholm turned a retired power plant into shops and restaurants, and the towers around it look over Lady Bird Lake and the hike and bike trail. West 6th picks up the bar strip a few blocks north. The pocket runs quieter than the 4th Street blocks, with the Whole Foods flagship and the trail both walkable, and the rents reflect that.

How this page stays honest

Prices and specials come from data we buy, our own checks of community websites and our team's daily research, never from ads. The deal ranking applies each special to a twelve month lease the same way our review calculators do. Age restricted 55 plus communities and fully income restricted properties are not mixed into these results.
